Asseco CEIT has announced the launch of Twiserion Digital Manager, a comprehensive software solution designed to transform manufacturing operations through Real-Time Location System (RTLS) technology. By creating a digital twin of the production floor, the system provides manufacturers with instant visibility into every aspect of their operations, ensuring precise coordination across production stages, equipment, and operators.
Manufacturing environments require rigorous synchronization to maintain efficiency. Twiserion Digital Manager addresses this by tracking assets, optimising processes, and eliminating bottlenecks through a single unified platform. The software integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure, enabling manufacturers to monitor work-in-progress, track critical equipment, optimise material delivery, and ensure safety compliance.
The solution features seven integrated modules that provide complete operational control. These include Production Flow Tracking, which monitors semi-finished goods and detects bottlenecks, and Smart Tools & Equipment Tracking, which utilises RTLS tags to prevent asset loss and downtime. The Intelligent Material Delivery module replaces static schedules with dynamic, demand-driven supply tasks. Furthermore, the system enhances safety through Real-Time Safety Alerts, using advanced geofencing to monitor operator and AGV movements, generating instant warnings to prevent collisions. Additional modules cover Forklift Efficiency, Paperless Production Control, and Production Performance Tracking.
